Fourth of July All Week(end) Long

Our calendar says the Fourth of July was yesterday (Wednesday), but we're being extra generous with our vacation and celebrating the holiday all week long.  So whether or not you took the week off or are counting down the days until the weekend, the festive spirit is still strong.  Fireworks, grilling, and thirst quenching cocktails...three things that go oh so well together and aren't calendar dependent.
