Ingredients

2 oz. – Tres Agaves Blanco Tequila
½ oz. – fresh lime
¼ oz. – fresh grapefruit cordial
1 oz. – habanero honey syrup
Tools: shaker, strainer
Garnish: salted rim and dehydrated lime wheel

Instructions

Rim a rocks glass with honey, salt, and edible flowers. Fill with ice and set aside. In a shaker, combine all the of the ingredients with ice and shake to chill. Strain into the prepared glass and garnish with dehydrated lime wheel.
