Ingredients

1.5 oz. – Tres Agaves Blanco Tequila
½ oz. – fresh lime juice
½ oz. – orgeat
1 egg white
Scant barspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

Add ingredients to a tin and shake for ten seconds without ice. Open tin, fill three quarters full of ice, and shake again until tin frosts. Strain into a coupe and garnish with a lime twist.
