WHAT: While most people know of Jose Cuervo as the dominant brand in the Tequila industry, few know of its amazing history. The legacy of Jose Cuervo dates back to 1795 when Don Jose Antonio de Cuervo and his family received a land grant from the King of Spain to begin growing agave. Then, in 1812, the family opened its first distillery, Fabrica La Rojena, bringing fame to a little known region called Tequila, Jalisco. For the next 200 years, the Cuervo empire would impact the Tequila industry, and thus help make Tequila what it is today.
For the month of August we are excited to honor the Cuervo legacy by featuring Tequila Reserva de la Familia, the reserve brand of Jose Cuervo. You are invited to join the celebration at our Third Thursday dinner with Global Brand Ambassador and acknowledged mixologist Brian Van Flandern. Come partake in a wonderful evening complete with a five-course meal, Reserva de la Familia tasting, endless margaritas and great entertainment. The cost is $75 inclusive of tax and gratuity, be sure to RSVP today.
